Birthday Weekend

The weekend of my birthday, Jason and I grabbed Carson and headed down to Salt Lake City! Our friend, Chris, was getting married to his beautiful bride and we were able to be in attendance at their sealing and reception. The sealing was wonderful and it was great to be sitting next to my eternal companion and be reminded of our wedding day. 

 We were also able to spend time with Zach and Haleigh. We went to dinner one night and Carson was so exhausted that he fell asleep in his Mac & Cheese. It was really cute and he doesn't normally fall asleep just anywhere. Poor tired baby!

The hotel we stayed at had a water park in it, which Carson thought was pretty cool. It was really crowded with lots of kids, and Carson didn't care for the splashing they were doing too much. He did really start to warm up to the pool by the end, so hopefully this summer we can get him in the water more. 

 On my birthday we celebrated by going to Joe's Crab Shack. I love that place!!! It was really yummy and Jason and I both finished our entire bucket of crab. It was a good weekend for us to get away and spend some time together as a little family.
